Bonjour! Join Chef Cindy East for a culinary journey to France in honor of Bastille Day on July 14th. In this informative class, you’ll learn how to make sweet and savory French crepes, one of the most ubiquitous and delicious foods of France. Chef Cindy will explain the equipment needed to make a basic batter and create ultra-thin and crispy crepes. Crepes can make delicious show-stopping desserts. Whether you’re a beginner and cooking crepes for the first time or simply brushing up on your pastry skills, Cindy will lead you step-by-step, explaining and demonstrating the techniques you’ll use in creating the authentic flavors of France in your own home. There will be a cultural talk about France, prior to the cooking portion of the program. This is a ZOOM online event.
